Twin-Paddle Pull-Out Mixer

This machine features a horizontal structure with a twin-round cylinder. It is equipped with a counter-rotating rotor with twin shafts and multiple paddles. The paddles are arranged at a certain angle to drive the material rotation, creating an instantaneous weightless state. Materials on both sides rotate in opposite directions and fall into each other’s zones, blending back and forth. A fluidized weightless zone and rotating vortex zone form in the central part. The materials also move axially and radially, forming an all-round compound circulation to achieve rapid uniform mixing, followed by bottom discharge.

Product Features

  1. High mixing uniformity, fast mixing speed, and no material segregation during mixing.

  2. No dead corners or deposition, no overheating of heat-sensitive materials, no crushing or grinding of particles. For solid-solid mixing at a ratio of 1:10,000 for materials with significant density differences and viscosity, the deviation of mixing uniformity is less than 5%.

  3. Discharging from the bottom of the cylinder with manual and pneumatic large-opening doors, featuring fast discharge and excellent sealing performance. It also has a high filling coefficient, small footprint and low height, making operation, maintenance and cleaning convenient.

  4. The main shaft and paddle fasteners are solid throughout, and the main shaft is an integrated one-piece through shaft.
